This fork is probably a meat fork but I don't know for sure that is what is called. It has four tines that cure slightly outward with a pearl handle on the end.  It is not marked sterling any where I can see but all pearl handled flatware I have seen is usually attached to the serving piece with sterling.  There is no maker marks so whoever made it is unknown to me.
